During the off-season, The coaches would like to urge everyone to do the following programs. If you are going to do these exercise programs on your own, be sure to space them out so that there is at least a day between any two lifting or running days (e.g. you should neither run two days in a row nor lift two days in a row. There is a sample exercise program at the top of the "Off Season Running Program."
